Cool temperatures across the Mid-South

  • Clouds will be decreasing throughout the night with lows into the 40s and 30s.
  • Rain will clear out of North Mississippi early in the evening.
  • Dry Saturday with lots of sunshine, but cool, highs mid-50s.
  • Tracking a big rainmaker for Sunday with a chilly high of 50°F.
  • Rain could be an issue all day into the early evening with about 1″ of rainfall.
  • Winds pick up Sunday night gusting up to 25 mph.
  • Skies will gradually clear Sunday night and cold air rushes in with low into the low 30s.
  • Sunshine returns Monday after a soaker Sunday, high is very cold at 40°F.
  • The coldest air since February settles in Monday night into Tuesday morning.
  • Lows will be into the mid to low 20s!
  • This will be the first freeze in Memphis since February 27, 2020. Officially ending the growing season.
  • Plan for extra time Tuesday morning to warm up the car and scrape off the thick frost from the windshield.
  • Staying cool the rest of the week with another shot of rain Thursday.
