UPDATE: Charges filed against grandmother of missing Tennessee 3-year-old

GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a missing three-year-old girl.

Zella Linklater was last seen in Greene County, near Knoxville, according to the TBI.

She was seen in the area of Bumblebee Lane in Chuckey.

She is 3′6,” 50 lbs., with blond hair and blue eyes.

According to the TBI, she was last seen wearing a red dress and snow boots.

TBI officials have filed charges against Zella’s grandmother, Belinda Wilson, for custodial interference and child neglect/endangerment.

Wilson, 54, is 5′6,” 180 lbs. and has gray hair and hazel eyes, according to officials.
