Memphis’ Promise Academy releases plan for return to school

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Promise Academy has released a reopening plan for students and parents amid the ongoing pandemic.

Students can choose to return to school either in-person or virtually, according to a release from Promise Academy.

School will begin Aug. 26.

Students will be given electronic devices for learning, and hotspots will be given to parents that need access.

All students, staff and visitors will be required to wear face masks at school and on buses, according to the release.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed.
