MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two teens broke into a firearms store overnight on Summer Avenue, according to Memphis police.
MPD received a call about a burglary at the AccurateTactical Supply store around 2:20 a.m.
Police found the entire front portion of the store smashed out with some sort of vehicle.
The teens were found in a back room attempting to hide in a corner, according to police.
One of the teens had a key and key fob to a U-Haul truck that was used to smash through the front of the business.
The other one had a Glock .27 and was wearing a red Protech Tactical vest.
A representative for the store gave police a video showing the U-Haul back through the front of the store, according to police.
Police found a U-Haul pickup on Forrest Avenue with rear damage.
Police found a blue training gun and an empty Sig Sauer gun box inside.
A U-Haul representative told police the pickup was supposed to be at a location on E. Shelby Drive.

Officers discovered that location had been burglarized, according to police.
The U-Haul was towed to the city lot, according to police.
The red Protech vest was returned to the store.
The teens, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, were taken into custody, according to police.
