HELENA-WEST HELENA, Ark. — Police have arrested two more men in connection with a deadly shooting at a Mid-South gas station.
Vann Bragg and his brother, Dedrick Bragg, were arrested nearly two weeks after a man was shot and killed while inside his vehicle at a gas station in Arkansas.
According to a release from investigators, the Bragg brothers – along with Jason Robinson, 23 – parked at the Victory Fuel gas station on Columbia Street in Helena-West Helena around 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.
Police said Dedrick Bragg walked into the store, while Vann Bragg and Robinson both got out of the maroon Ford Expedition. Video surveillance footage then showed a white SUV driven by one of the victims – Kacey Grant, 25 – pull up to a gas pump.

Investigators said Vann Bragg and Robinson then approached the SUV and began firing shots into the vehicle. Both Grant and a 17-year-old passenger were hit with gunfire.
The 17-year-old – who was not identified – ran from the scene. Grant was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but he later died.
The suspects also ran from the scene, according to police.
Around 9:30 p.m. that same day, investigators found Robinson lying in a drainage ditch near the Poplar Manor Apartments. He was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition, and officers charged him with first degree murder, tampering with evidence and engaging in violent criminal group activity.
Robinson is being held inside the Monroe County Jail on a $105,000 bond.
U.S. Marshals located Dedrick and Vann Bragg Monday around 6:15 a.m. in the 1000 block of College Street in Marvell, Ark.
Vann Bragg faces the following charges: first-degree murder, tampering with evidence, first-degree battery, and engaging in violent criminal group activity.
Dedrick Bragg is being charged with facilitation or solicitation of first-degree murder, hindering apprehension, tampering with evidence and engaging in violent criminal group activity.
Vann Bragg is in jail with a $1.2 million dollar bond. Dedrick Bragg is in jail with a $1.1 million dollar bond.
