BYHALIA, Miss. — An 82-year-old Byhalia woman remains in serious condition after she was attacked by a pack of vicious dogs.
Officers said, the 82-year-old was out for her morning walk last week when five to seven dogs attacked her, several of them are pit bulls.
The dogs bit the woman on her hands, arms, legs and even on her scalp and forehead.
Neighbors would not go on camera, but told FOX13 they rushed to the woman's aid when they heard her screaming for help in the street.
The owner of the dogs could be facing serious charges.
Marshall County Sheriff Kenny Dickerson told FOX13 that charges against the dog's owner could come as early as tomorrow.
