A group of people held an anti-Trump rally in Midtown protesting the recent election of Donald Trump.
The rally started at 6:30 in Overton Park in Midtown. Protesters first planned to march downtown, but ended up walking through the Midtown and Cooper Young neighborhoods carrying signs.
More than 100 people came together to show their disapproval of Donald Trump being named the 45th President of the United States.
While they knew they would not be able to change the outcome, protestors said they still wanted their voices heard.
Police escorted the protest to ensure there were no issues.
The protest did not have a permit, but protesters stayed on sidewalks.
