MEMPHIS, Tenn. - One Memphis man is behind bars after a drive by shooting in the 3400 block of Rosecreek in Parkway Village.
Memphis Police were called around 10:30 Halloween night to respond to an aggravated assault call in relation to the shooting.
The victim told police she was inside her residence when she looked outside and saw a silver Hyundai parked in the driveway next door.
Police said after a few minutes, the vehicle drove northbound on Rosecreek, made a U-turn and parked in front of the same house that was next door.
Several gunshots entered the victim's home, 7 people were inside the residence at the time.
Two victims were sitting outside another house when the gunshots were fired. One victim was struck in the left thigh, according to MPD.
Another victim saw the grey Hyundai firing shots into the house.
He was identified as "YoungMob lil Mack."
Deandre Herron was identified during a photographic lineup. Herron denied any knowledge of the shooting.
He was charged with nine counts of aggravated assault, one count employ firearm without to commit felony, and one count criminal attempt-first degree murder.
