MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Memphis Police responded to a DOA at 3:52 Saturday afternoon in Hyde Park.
After an investigation, officers determined the victim was Dorian Harris, 17, who died from a gunshot wound.

Police say he was shot by a store clerk who accused him of stealing beer on Thursday night. His body, found yesterday.

Investigators said Harris stole one beer from a store in the 1100 block fo Springdale Thursday night.
Store clerk, Anwar Ghazali, drew his weapon from the right side of his body then exited the store.
Ghazali then ran after the teenager and fired several shots at him.
Witnesses on the scene said Ghazali then walked back into the store and said, "I think I shot him."
Ghazali never called the police after he shot Harris.
Police communications told FOX13, a woman came home and discovered the dead teen on the side of her home Saturday afternoon.
Officers said Harris was wearing the same clothing from the night of the shooting.
Anwar Ghazali, 28, has been arrested and charged with first degree murder.
He will be in court Monday, April 2 at 9 a.m.
