Holly Bobo, a nursing student at the University of Tennessee, Parsons Campus, wakes early to study for an exam scheduled for 8am. Her father spoke to her about an hour later for what would become the last time.

Karen Bobo, Holly’s mother, left for work. According to the Jackson Sun, she was sitting at the dining room table when she left. Holly spoke with Hannah Reece, a classmate, and texted back and forth all morning.

Holly's boyfriend calls. Drew Scott had been hunting on Holly's grandmother's property. Drew called Holly to tell her that at relative spotted him and did not recognize him. Drew had to explain who he was and what he was doing at the time. - Jackson Sun

Bobo's neighbor said he heard a scream as he left for work. He told his mother about it then left. Holly's brother Clint, who had been sleeping, says he did not hear the scream. The neighbor's mother called Karen Bobo at work about five minutes later. - Jackson Sun

Clint is awakened by dogs barking. He said he looked outside and saw a man speaking with Holly. He thought it was Drew, Holly's boyfriend. Clint said, "It appeared to be Holly kneeling down and Drew. They looked like they were kneeled down, facing each other in the garage, and they were talking back and forth. Holly sounded very upset and heated. He was doing much of the talking, and she would answer back and things like that. I couldn't make out hardly any of the words. The only words I could make out from here were Holly saying, 'No, why?'" Karen Bobo called the house and told Clint that it wasn't Drew and to "get a gun and shoot him." Clint, still thinking that the man was Holly's boyfriend, asked his mother, "You want me to shoot Drew?" - Jackson Sun

Holly Bobo’s mother, Karen, calls 911 from work, but it went to the wrong county. Bobo’s brother, Clint, saw a man, who was dressed in camouflage, walking with Bobo into the woods. Clint attempted to call his sister and her boyfriend on their cell but no one answered. Clint described the man as between 5’10” to 6’ tall and between 180 and 200 pounds.

Holly’s mother, Karen, calls home. Clint tells his mother what he saw and she instructs him to call 911. Clint went outside with a pistol and found a pool of blood by Bobo’s car. He then calls 911.

IF SOMEBODY HAS SUDDENLY BEGUN CLEANDING UP AN ATV OR CAR, OR REPORTED A CAR STOLEN SUDDENTLY, OR TURNED AROUND AND SOLD A VEHICLE, THAT'S INFORMATION THAT WE WOULD WANT TO KNOW. IF SOMEBODY'S FEELING VERY ANXIOUS, OR ACTING SUSPICIOUS, BEHAVING ABNORMALLY, FEELING A LOT OF ANXIETY, THESE ARE ALL THINGS THAT WOULD LEAD US TO BELIEVE THIS PERSON COULD BE A SUSPEACT, MAYBE, MAYBE NOT."
During a press conference TBI Director Mark Gwyn says they are following more than 200 leads and that Evidence is being tested

Holly Bobo 21st birthday
6 months before Holly would be found, Zach Adams was charged with first degree murder and especially aggravated kidnapping. Adams was being investigated for his alleged involvement in crimes with his brother John Dylan Adams. Zach Adams told police that he saw Holly Bobo alive with his brother at the home the pair shared after her abductions. Her remains were found 15 miles from the Adams' home. -Fox News

TBI holds news conference. They announce that Jason Autry has been indicted on charges of especially aggravated kidnapping and felony first-degree murder of Holly Bobo.
One of two brothers arrested this week in connection with the murder of Holly Bobo made his first court appearance today. Jeffrey Pearcy accused of tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact in the case. His brother Mark faces the same charges.

Holly’s remains are found
Three years after Holly Bobo disappeared, two men in the woods of Decatur County, Tennessee looking for ginseng, found a large bucket. One man turned it over. He told the authorities he was disturbed by what he found, but the contents have not been released. He then spotted a skull and other remains scattered on the ground behind him. A lunch box, believed to be Holly's was found in a creek about 8 miles away from her home. - Jackson Sun
