Officers are now charging him for the capital murder of Deboard.

Monday in court, Guidry acted like everything was normal as he chatted with the other inmates when he was standing in front of the judge.

He asked for a public defender and his bond was set at $1 million.

Police said Deboard was buried in a backyard in Southaven. Investigators found his body last Tuesday.

During the investigation, police found out Guidry was using Deboard’s credit card. He was charged with credit card fraud last week, now he faces capital murder charges.
