An 18-year-old was shot and killed in Frayser, and a 19-year-old is currently behind bars, charged with the crime.
Monterrio Coneay, 19, has been arrested and charged with reckless homicide, according to police.
The victim was Jamison Rowan.

Dr. Jeffrey Futrell knew Jamison through a program called Young Man University. He was teaching him how to become an entrepreneur.
"Just a tragedy we don't have all the details nonetheless he's not here with us." Futrell said.
Police tell us Rowan's sister called Monday morning reporting that someone had shot her brother. Futrell tells us he is overwhelmed with grief.
"My first thought was what could we have done what did we miss..what did we not say. what should we do. that none of us can escape culpability nobody can stand back and say I don't know him and that it wasn't my issue," Futrell said.
Dr. Futrell told us he hopes he can find something positive in Jamison's death so he didn't die for nothing.
"He was A brilliant young man and entrepreneur and he aspired to own his own business that's one thing that we certainly push here so just a bright future ahead of him." Futrell said
