MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The final arrests have been made after a viral video shows men with guns in Oak Court Mall during the holiday season.
Artavius Lipsey and Jaelen Bell are the final two arrested.
Officers' said they were taken into custody Monday night.
Tracy Woodall, 18, was arrested late November for unlawful possession of a weapon, according to MPD.
Terrance Jones was also arrested, he's facing jail time for aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon charges.
