• Second teen arrested in connection to viral video with guns in Oak Court Mall


    MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A second arrest has been made after a viral video showed teens with guns in Oak Court Mall.

    Tracy Woodall, 18, has been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, according to MPD.

    He also has an active warrant for violating bail condition, domestic assault amd failure to appear in a felony case. 

    Terrance Jones is also in jail facing aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon charges.

    According to Jones attorney, Terrance was released with no charges in connection to the Oak Court video.

    Investigators are still looking Jaelen Bell and Artavius Lipsey who they believe we in the viral video that shows young men pulling guns inside the mall while on Facebook live.
