MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A verdict has been reached in the trial of three men charged in the murder of a 7-year-old.

Prosecutors said Carlos Stokes, Jordan Clayton, and Branden Brookins killed Kirsten Williams in 2015 in retaliation to another murder. All three men were found guilty of first-degree murder Friday evening.

Williams had been playing in a front yard on Durby Circle when she was killed during a drive-by shooting.

A fourth man, Carl Johnson, has also been charged in the case but is not on trial this week.
