A Memphis woman was driving down the interstate when she became the victim of a road rage shooting.
According to a police report, the victim was driving southbound on I-240, near Norris Road, when a white SUV began changing lanes and nearly hit her car. The woman honked at the SUV and then passed it.

The victim told police the SUV then sped up to catch her, and the passenger in that vehicle fired a gunshot at her. She said two women were the occupants of the suspects’ SUV.
Neither the woman or her vehicle was struck by the bullet.
The victim attempted to drive away, but she said the SUV sped past her and stopped in a merge lane to wait for her. At that point, she took an abrupt exit and the suspects’ vehicle kept driving along the interstate.
No arrests have been made in the case.
